Jessica Kruckeberg, LMFT

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Areas of Growth Counseling is led by Jessica Kruckeberg, a licensed marriage and family therapist. Just like you, she’s had to face her own areas of growth many times in her life. She realized her direct approach was not easily matched within therapeutic settings. Because she was taught to challenge and to dream, she soon recognized that it wasn’t her that had to fit into traditional therapy’s box, but rather there was an opportunity to improve on the type of therapy available. Jessica graduated with honors from the Division of Counseling and Family Therapy at Regis University, Denver, Colorado with her master’s degree and was presented with the Outstanding Leadership Award by the counseling honor society and Alumni-Student Counseling Alliance.

Jessica specializes in working with high achieving individuals. High achieving individuals can come from various walks of life including, middle-schoolers and high-schoolers who are in Gifted and Talented programs, enrolled in AP and Honors classes who are struggling with anxiousness, worry, and feelings of being overwhelmed. High achieving adults can include college students with their sights set for STEM degrees and advanced degrees, entrepreneurs, people in leadership positions, engineers, or high pressured careers. High achieving individuals can report feeling imposter syndrome, anxiety and depression, worry that success is tenuous, feelings of loneliness, and even guilt at their success.

Jessica also specializes in working with all genders around pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction and can work alongside your medical team to ensure an integrative approach. She has worked with clients who have experienced pelvic due to endometriosis, fibroids, bladder inflammation, vaginismus, vulvodynia, nerve pain, complications due to surgery, and many more. She knows it can be a struggle to find a mental health therapist who understands these issues and she not only understands but has seen it before time and time again. Jessica works with clients around coping with chronic pain, addressing pain with sex, sexual dysfunction, emotional distress due to pain and chronic diagnoses and the impact these diagnoses can have on a relationship.

Jessica is aware and informed on many underserved communities, including transgender, BDSM, kink, and polyamorous.
