Jessica Kruckeberg, LMFT

Areas of Growth Counseling is led by Jessica Kruckeberg, a licensed marriage and family therapist. Just like you, she’s had to face her own areas of growth many times in her life. She realized her direct approach was not easily matched within therapeutic settings. Because she was taught to challenge and to dream, she soon recognized that it wasn’t her that had to fit into traditional therapy’s box, but rather there was an opportunity to improve on the type of therapy available. Jessica graduated with honors from the Division of Counseling and Family Therapy at Regis University, Denver, Colorado with her master’s degree and was presented with the Outstanding Leadership Award by the counseling honor society and Alumni-Student Counseling Alliance.

Awards and Honors

In 2016, Jessica was presented with the Pioneering Entrepreneur Award by the Colorado Counseling Association for her development of a dyadic communication intervention used in couples and family therapy.

Along with a thriving private practice, Jessica also teaches and supervises clinical-level students at Regis University. In 2018, Jessica was presented the Rueckert-Hartman College for Health Professions Affiliate Faculty award for her outstanding work at Regis University.

Jessica is an Approved Supervisor and Clinical Fellow member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.

When she is not in the office or in the classroom, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs. Jessica practices her own self-care through reading, doing stained glass, and traveling.
