Part 3 Dysregulation is a word I use that encompasses the human experience of uncomfortable emotions. It happens when our nervous system, or mammalian brain, senses a threat and activates our fight/flight system. This 10 minutes of Self Care will focus on how to recognize when you are dysregulated by noticing body sensations.
